Over the past three months I have been engaging with Discovery to get a credit card, Life cover and most recently today to ensure that my Vitality Status be reactivated (it was deactivated because I am a Bankmed member and the broker I dealt with had some issues). I have been blown away by the fact that EVERYTHING has gone 100% according to plan and that the customer service experience between the different customer offering teams has been consistent and really exceptional. Normally you dread phoning a call centre due to the schlepp that's associated with it, and past experience of annoyance, but Discovery WOW's each and every time when you think it will be a horrible experience! I want to work for Discovery after having experienced such consistent customer service. Well done to each and every employee of Discovery that's contributing to make this happen! You all rock and deserve a high five! I am sure that the company has many obstacles to overcome, but the executive team can pride themselves in having gotten consitent customer service and CRM right, which to me as a customer means EVERYTHING! I will continue to support Discovery and hopefully one day be part of this amazing group.
