I have been a loyal Discovery Health member for years - and now Discovery Insure and Vitality member - and I am SO DISAPPOINTED that I cannot upgrade my Hospital Plan to a Savings Plan.
My needs have changed as now I am a wife and a mother - and need to change to a Savings Plan. However, according to your call centre staff I am not allowed to do that for the next 11 months! Utterly ridiculous.
Please advise what solution you recommend to accommodate my needs - as I will be cancelling my Discovery Health and Vitality with immediate effect to move to another medical aid provider who can provide me with a suitable plan.
