I have had numerous complaints against Vitalaire (bad service/breach of contract/not following through on commitments/endangering the life of my baby/etc.). More than a month ago I complained on hellopeter. In Vitalaire's response they alleged that my queries/complaints were addressed. I then indicated to them that it is not true and even gave some examples. I still have not received any response after that.
