Disgraceful zero service no response Gmail & telep

Hospitalized Aug 2012 with severe COPD for 3weeks. Vitalaire agent Gertenbach arranged the oxygenator through medical fund Discovery. I was assured that the mobile was bought and the big oxygenator hired and all was approved by Discovery. I asked the lady for confirmation but never received anything.

All i received was an account from Vitalaire to pay in the difference for the mobile as Discovery refused to pay the full amount. This was a shock to me as Mrs Gertenbach assured me that we had ample funds for Discover to buy the mobile and all was approved. I phoned her and took it up with head office and spoke to Cathy she promised to look into the matter ..no feed back.

The big oxygenator has never been serviced since I've had it more than a year and suppose to use it for approx 16 hours pd. I don't feel safe to use the big machine because of non-service more than a year.

I have 2 issues:
The Big oxygenator has never being serviced!
The Mobile Unit (which was approved according to Vitalaire) was not paid in full by Discovery, as I was assured before I left the Hospital.

As a sick person, this services was never sorted out by vitalaire!
