Since early April I battle to obtain an invoice from VitalAire to send to my medical aid. I bought a CPAP unit on 26 March 2013 and pay cash for the unit. The branch told me head office will send me an invoice after a few days. After two weeks I phoned and mailed VitalAire numerous times but no joy, until now I still did not received an invoice and not be able to claim the R6395 paid cash from my Medical Aid. I also mailed the delivery note and sale of agreement documents to VitalAire.
