Terrible Service at Pavillion hotel Durban

I recently got married on the 30/03/2013 in Durban. So my fiance at the time booked at Pavillion Hotel on the 31 January aswell as made payment and emailed proof of payment.By the 11 March she had requested 3 times for the booking confirmation, which i there after contacted the hotel.after recieving atttude from one of the staff members the confirmation was sent thru. On the 30th March 2013 in the morning day of my wedding, i recieved a call saying that no payment was made.after a lengthy discussion was resolved.

after my wedding i got to the hotel around 11:30pm, got the key etc went to my room, with amazment i saw two big holes in the ceiling with water out the pipes.i was furious suppose to be my honeymoon. i went down to reception, yes i was using vulgar language i was hel.thereafer was gven aother room, this room aircon didnt work.finally i was moved to another room at 1:00am.
to my suprise i was in room 107 which was the initial room indicated on the booking sheet but it was scratched out and out in room 324, clearly some1 found it as a joke, aswell as handover book had the plumbing issue but still some1 allocated me to the room.
i advise no1 to book at this hote.
