Upon arraival the lady at reception did not explain all the procedures and facilities nicely to us. We had to enquire about how the breakfast and dinner works that was included in our fee. She did not know and it took quite some effort to get the details, and eventually the vouchers out of her. We were booked into a chalet right next to people, when other chalets were open during our entire stay that would have provided some more privacy. The food at the restaurant was not very nice. We were phoned during our stay to collect a "free" restaurant voucher, upon which we were told to wait and they suddenly surprised us by trying to sell us timeshares. When we told the consultant we are not interested and would like to spend our time here relaxing, not listening to more sales, he was irritated with us and didn't give us a voucher. Overall not a nice experience, and definitely not worth the price we paid.
