My wife went in to have our daughter at a great Mediclinic Kloof Hospital. They people were great and we had a good time. Here come the kicker, this company Marius Sevenster Orthotist and Prosthetist will give you what you need, claim on your behalf, get paid for it by medical aid, was a few rand short and then NEVER send you a BILL. They will go straight to lawyers and send you a summons and threaten with Blacklisting. There is no proof of any attempt to settle the account. They dont send out an account or even a registered letter to your address. My wife is a house wife so there are no ways we would have missed it. I think they have a relationship with a Lawyer friend, they wait deliberate and then the lawyer friend can charge his rate and they get their money!! Worse client service ever. They think cause they have some medical degree they they are of a higher standard than everybody else! Please be aware of them!
