Good day, after a couple of emails (which i received no reply on) i wonder why do people pay so much for their medical aid they are fast to sign you up when you really need them o well different story.
My medical aid is for my personal capacity. My work pay half or use to pay half after i told the consultant that my personal details ect has got nothing to do with my work but still they will give information out to my work how professional is that (confidentiality doesnt apply to Medihelp) NOW MY WORK DOESNT PAY HALF ANYMORE and now i tried to contact the Medical aid but like i said no replies. No help just pay and move on thats how it go. CUSTOMER CARE whats that just pay customer thats all we care about.
My wife got retrenched i emailed asked for help no reply... i emailed again no reply.
Can someone please have a haert and be a human being
