About 2 years ago we purchased 3 vouchers from Breakfree, we were told that the voucher entitles us to stay at the resorts affiliated to break free without having to pay for accommodation, and that we might have to pay for breakfast and supper only depending on the place we choose to stay. About a month ago I mailed break free to make a booking to stay at one of the resorts and was surprised when we were told that we would have to pay R 300 per meal per person per day. So for my family it would cost us R 1200 per day for meals only. Ridiculous!!! The vouchers were sold to me because the staff would not take no as an answer, They basically forced us to purchase the voucher. I tried calling & no response from anyone thus far. We also enquired about the self catering & was told that we would have to pay levies for each day that we stay. This is a and is defrauding people by using false marketing to get the public to buy these vouchers. I checked with the resort that we were planning to stay at & guess what, they are far cheaper than using the breakfree vouchers. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THE SALE OF VOUCHERS. YOU CAN HOLIDAY FOR FAR CHEAPER PAYING ON YOUR OWN. THIS IS A TO ROB
