I am an unhappy customer who was sold holiday vouchers by Astral group and was given the impression that the voucher offers free holiday accommodation and all i need to do is pay for food and transport to get to my destination. i received the voucher 2 months later and it also mentioned free accommodation. when i was ready to book my holiday through breakfree, i was only given discounted accommodation and nothing for free. quote from the voucher "Breakfree generally works on the basis of free accommodation, then you pay
for your breakfast and dinner at the hotel. This is for most of the
hotels that belong to Breakfree." but nothing is for free. they sell you the voucher under the impression that its free accom only to offer you discounted accom. this is not right and i dont even think it is CPA compliant to sell customers products under the wrong information.
i need to know what Breakfree and Astral group is going to do about this?
