My aunt stayed at CS from Monday to Friday and my fiance and I took over her chalet for Friday and saturday night. Arrangements were made for our arrival friday night with reception. Ater working a whole day and driving over 4 hours we arrived at the gate at 22:50 to find the security did not have our details. I had to argue with him for 10 minutes before he tried to assist us. They then supplied us with a club suite for the evening as they did not have our chalet key. I found this to be inferior to the chalets and the noisy fridge kept me up all night. We then had to wake up and repack to sort out our chalet and then get settled there. We only had breakfast at 11:45 sat morning. I requested management contact me. I explained the story and was told to complete an incident report so management could call me today - I have had no call. Our whole weekend away was ruined as we could not relax and left more stressed than we arrived. We frequently visit Crsytal Springs and have always enjoyed our stay but this last visit has left a very bitter taste in our mouths. I want a resolution!!!
