After various calls to their call centre and encountering a complete lack of service by other various employees of Resolution Health, I requested that my call be transferred to the Principal Officer's office, one Mr Mark Arnold, who seems to have a dead or non existent extension number, when eventually someone understands the request and attempts to connect to his office...
