In December 2012 I obtained the required pre-authorisation for an annual check-up as laid down in the Prescribed Minimum Benefit Programme. In January I discovered that both the doctor and the pathologist had not been paid. Several enquiries to the call centre by phone and email to Danielle Whitebooi failed to get a satisfactory explanation, and in fact they do not reply at all. I had to pay both accounts and finally write to the Principal officer, Mr Mark Arnold on 3rd June, but of course I do not receive the courtesy of a reply - never mind any explanation for the failure to adhere to arrangements made.
Reading the other complaints on this web site I a surprised this outfit remains in business.
