Resolution Health Medical Scheme
On hold for over 15 minutes!!!

I have an urgent matter to sort out. Resolution Health is useless when it comes to paying accounts not even talking about answering their phones.

I got through earlier in the week and someone would have called me back - needless to say that never happened. This is why people cancel their medical aids with Resolution Health, the service is non existent.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT.
