I am absolutely appalled by Resolution health's contact center, i got transferred to 5 different departments, just to confirm optical benefits, and held on for 40 minutes... this is SOMETHING TO LAUGH ABOUT!!! and something needs to be done, the one call center consultant is as STUPID as the next...!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE RESOLUTION HEALTH... you guys!!! - its as bad as calling telkom!!!
Instead of pocketing most of your members' money into your pockets, invest in more call center staff!!!
