Lack of response / feedback in a timely manner

I have been in contact with Nolufefe Dyantyi | Client Liaison Officer whom has informed me that I would be refunded within 7 days from a debit order Resolution Health deducted by mistake at the end of February, this has been over 3 weeks now and still nothing. I sent a follow up email after 2 weeks to see what was happening and was informed the Accounts Manager would be sorting it out and contacting me. To this date I have not even had a call as to what is happening, now I dont even get responses via email and every time I phone to speak to Nolufefe Dyantyi i get told she is not available or is busy on another call, I have left numerous messages and send an email on a daily basis now to get some sort of feedback and get nothing! I have never ever in my entire life had such poor service and lack of feedback. You would think the Client Liaison Officer would be trying their best to sort out these issues.
