Poor service at Line Service Department

1) they do not listen to the request.
2) they ask you for a list of unnecessary painstaking list of
information every time, regardless of the enquiry.
2a) Previously I phoned to verify your company address and I had to
give all my personal details in order to verify that (Private Bag X16,
Arcadia, 0007) is still in use.
2b) This time I phoned with an enquiry and the same lady Tshidiziwani
Mamakano asked me again for all my personal details, immediately
thereafter she told me to phone another number... huh?

3) on requesting to speak to a manager (Tshidiziwani Mamakano) put me
on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time. After which another lady
(Maria Mzimba) answered the call stating that she is the
acting-manager, and again put me on hold for more than 10 minutes.
4) They tried to force me to drop the call so that I have no reference number.
5) the first assistant initially stated that she cannot give me a
reference number for my call.
She stated that I had to put down the phone for her to receive a
reference number for the call.

The service received from Polmed is shocking and absolutely unprofessional.
It is a pain-staking process to get even as much as your company
address
