My daughter;namely Antoinette & Hendrik went for consultation to Dr Johan de Klerk as he is a Clinical Psychologist -
The consultations were paid in cash, I personally called him to ask for account.
He then promised that he will see to it that his accountants will send them to me this was already in April 2013,
Antoinette asked him also on various occasions but he does not seam to be interested
My question is HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO SEND AN ACCOUNT?
It is my lawful right to expect/demand an account for service rendered.
