Application in respect of wheelchai

We send Polmed a request to approve a non motorized wheelchair for my mom. I received a letter dated 07 April 2012 where Polmed states that a non motorized wheelchair has been approved from the wheelchair benefit of R11000.00 per beneficiary once in three years. The remaining balance will be the member's liability. I'm fine with that. We collected the wheelchair and Polmed paid the R11000.00 - we paid the balance. Now, more than 1 year later, Polmed reverse an amount of R3094.24. I have emailed Polmed [Email Removed] I logged a complaint on their website, sent 2 faxes to their emergency fax number and phoned numerous times. A few times I was told that they will resubmit the claim, I was also told that the amount indicated on the letter must be incorrect, a few times I was transferred from 1 department to the other without success. This morning I phoned again. I was put on hold for about 9 minutes after which my phone was disconnected. They ask you your ID number, cellphone nr, address and which bank you bank with - do you think they will call back? No. Supplier Nr. 000063762
