Apparently the contamination of bad service at the line department has reached management as well...
Got a response to say that the process was adjudicated (and I was only put on hodl for two minutes which is truly acceptable from their point of view.) Leaving out the fact that this was the second time I was put on hold and that the first was approx ten minutes at least... Also it is normal procedure to verify ALL of a persons personal particulars if Polmed only has to verify an address or give out another phone number to call when they are to incompetent to deal with an enquiry at the line service department.
Sent out registered post "approx a week ago" to claim back monies I paid - have not even received an email yet...
But hey - yes, I get it... Another over-fed - medical aid, feeding incompetent staff... devouring the goose that lays the golden egg.
