I do not know what to do now with polmed, on the 20 December 2013 @ 09.30 I called the client services and spoke to a agents name Thabeta and provider her with all the personal information's she requested in order to assist me, however she advise that I'm a 3rd party and I kept telling her that I'm calling on behalf for my son since is a minor but she refused to listen and decided to hung up, I than called to request to speak to the team leader and I was transferred to Tshiliszi Monyei and I explained to her what happened and requested to know the agents surname however she refused and she said she will deal with her internal and was very rude and I asked if she can listen to the call and come back to me but I was advise that I can't give instructions and was not a happy about that because as a client I have a right to be helped in a manner I asked for, I'm not disputing the fact we have rules to follower but she was just been rude and I feel she is also covering up for her agents.
1) They do not listen to the request
2) The team leader was not willing to give agents details which I do not understand why not
