Not paying my medical bills??

On a Saturday a few weeks ago I had an accident and broke my arm extremely severely, requiring surgery. I was rushed to Milpark Hospital only to be advised that I needed to go to a hospital that Momentum covers. The woman at Milpark could not find this information as the Momentum call centre and preauthorisation line was CLOSED. I looked online and saw Brenthurst Clinic listed under my option, but when I got there was advised that in fact the site was wrong. Ended up at Bedford Gardens and was only admitted about 8hours after my accident, my arm in agony. Now, Momentum is rejecting my claims saying that there was no preauthorisation, but I couldnt get hold of them that day and I know the hospital itself also called them for preauthorisation. I dont know what is going on but I have contacted a member of the media to do a report on this appaling abuse of customers, especially when they are injured and vulnerable.
