Banking Details

Since September last year I have been trying to get the banking details for the debit order changed. I have, faxed and emailed all the necessary documents through, but still nothing has been done. I have called the offices every month to get this sorted but it appears that no one in the Discovery office knows how to do their job properly. It has now cost - R 1000 in bounced debit orders and this is unacceptable.
