Struggle to get a simple account

I was admitted to Netcare Linksfield hospital on the 8th of March. The service and caring from ward F was amazing. As it was my first time in this hospital, I was really surprised as everyone greeted in the pass.

My wonderful experience soon disappeared with the accounts department. I have been trying to get hold of someone who is dealing with Profmeds accounts. Yesterday (9 April) I phoned THREE times and left two messages on an answering machine! No one got back to me. Today I phoned twice and left a message for Natalie on her answering machine at 12h25. She did not get back to me.
I phoned again at 13h30 and finally got to speak to Natalie. I explained my frustration and she said she will email me the hospital account. She took my email address and telephone number. It is now 16h57pm and still no account!!

I need to submit this hospital account to my insurance company in order to pay the difference of the doctors account. How difficult is it just to send me a ONE day hospital account? If it takes how many hours to send it, then let me know, but I was just told the account will be sent via email.

I have no choice but to follow this route as I am getting no joy.
