DISCOVERY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER MEMBER

THE COMPANY I WORK FOR CLOSED DOWN, I TRANSFERRED MY HUSBANDS MEDICAL AID AND MY FATHER- IN LAWS MEDICAL AID DEBIT ORDERS OVER TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAD TO SUPPLY LETTER'S PLUS ID DOCUMENTS FOR BOTH MY HUSBAND AND FATHER IN LAW BEFORE THEY WOULD CHANGE THE BANKING DETAILS. THE THIRD MEMBER UNDER THE COMPANIES PROFILE HAD TO SUPPLY HIS OWN BANK DETAILS. I CONFIRMED WITH DISCOVERY THAT HE HAD IN FACT GIVEN HIS BANKING DETAILS TO THEM. I WAS THEN BILLED FOR THE THIRD MEMBER EVEN THOUGH HIS BANKING DETAILS WERE GIVEN THE SAME DAY AS I GAVE MINE. I HAVE EXPLAINED ALL THIS TO DELIHIA OVER THE PHONE. I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS. THIS MORNING I GET AN EMAIL ASKING FOR THE COMPANIES BANKING DETAILS SO THEY CAN DEBIT THEM. THE COMPANY HAS CLOSED HOW WOULD THEY LIKE TO DEBIT THEM. I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE THIS MONEY. DISCOVERY HAVE DEBITED ME INCORRECTLY AND NEED TO PAY THE MONEY BACK
