Cant change debit order details

I recently changed banks and changed my details online. i was advised that i would need to change them over the phone for my debit order so i called and updated my details for all discovery and vitality functions. Sure enough they try to debit my old account... now my cover gets suspended. When i call and complain the person speaks to their manager and comes back admitting that it was their mistake but unfortunately they cannot do anything until my suspension is lifted by me manually transferring my owed money. I have done this and even when i sent my proof of payment i reminded them of my new banking details!! I get a response asking me for more documentation than when i took out my cover! I dont have time for this and if they debit my wrong acc next week i will move to a service provider who will accept my money.
