I lodged a complaint on your website a month ago about the incompetence of Discovery Health (Chronic Division) and while I received several calls, I am yet to be told that the matter has been resolved and that payment has been made into my bank account. On many occasions I have been told that the Case Manager for Chronic Medication will advise of the developments but nothing has been forthcoming.
I find it rather extraordinary that an organisation can regard a customer as irrelevant... especially when this has been an ongoing trend rom Discovery Health to settle the members bills and despite many copies of claims and invoices were submitted to Discovery... and visits to its Walk In centre...
Will it ever be resolved, knows...
