Cronic medication dispute

Every January of a new year we are faced with the same unacceptable situation!! the approved chronic medication of my daughter all of a sudden no longer exists. this is now reoccurring for the 3rd year in a row, that when she went to fetch her medication at the pharmacy to be told "denied" as the chronic medication is not approved!!! when she as last year contacts Discovery, the call centre agent recons that these chronic medications is not approved and never has been approved as chronic! How was the whole years supply of 2012 then allowed if these has never been approved? last year the same inconvenience occurred to such an extend that she was phoned and apologised profusely by Discovery for the mistake that was made on their side!! Last year all the necessary motivations was forwarded to Discovery from the necessary specialists, in Afrikaans called "Endokrinologie"as well as Dr Van Rensburg spoke to Dr. Mhlangu of discovery to motivate and faxed the motivations, as this was an extraordinary situation, as she had Thyroid cancer in 2008, thus totally dependent on chronic med for the rest of her life!! Dr EC Van den Berg motivated that unfortunately her parathyroids were removed
