NO AUTHORISATIONS AFTER 8 DAYS OF WAITING

My 1 year old daughter suffers from a extremely rare condition and her specialists sent through a motivational letter through to Discovery for her chronic medication to be supplied through her chronic benefits although this is not on the list of the 26 chronic medicines. Her dr sent it through last week Tuesday already and everytime i call Discovery they pass the buck. They say it was then sent to this department and that department. This is the only medication that my child can use... need i say more!!!

All we want is an answer as to whether or not Discovery will cover the costs of her chronic medication or not.
