Membership is WRONG- gym and vitality

I logged a query on my account in Feb about me moving to my husbands medical aid and my vitality being cancelled and my account being debted with the Full amount on the premier Virgin active og R625. Today after i did a Vitality health check i login to my profile to check the status of my points only to discover that i now only have 325 points. Firstly i need to know where did my ponits from my own Vitality go (5130589978) go? Why is my last gym visit registered as 12 of Feb when i last went to gym on the 4th of Apr. I need all my gym points accumulated onto my profile including the transfer from my old Vitality. Then i call Discovery to find out my Vitality has been CANCELLED again and i was debited R625 AGAIN on the 30/3. This is Extremly frustrating. Like how is Vitality/ Medical aid and the Virgin Active not connected. I can'y keep on checking up on Discoevry to check if they are doing their job especially when they keep taking money from My Account. I NEED THIS RESOLVED TODAY
