I refer to the feedback of Resolution Health where they informed me that I did not pay my full contribution, I did pay everything in full the shortage of R428.00 was since September 2012 for an increase that I did not know about.
Why should I pay the R428.00 if no correspondence were furnished to me regarding the 5% increase since September 2012?
I did pay my contribution every month as well as the increased contribution since January 2013
I was a member since 2008 and never had an increase during the year only January
For a year I did not received any correspondence, I had to complain through Hello Peter to find out what my new premium is since January 2013
I want your offices to write off the R428.00 as I had never recevied documentation informing me of the increase of September 2012
