During July of 2013, I received notification from Discovery that my application for Chronic medication had been declined. In response I contacted Discovery (telephonically and via Hello-peter) to convey my utter disgust with the decision.
Discovery requested that I submit some test results etc via my doctor - which I did within days.
The documents were submitted and re submitted to the given contact point on numerous occasions.
Since the submission I have not heard anything from Discovery.
I view this as an extremely serious lapse in judgement from Discovery. At the very least I was expecting a call back with respect to what the reassessment results were, but nothing was forthcoming.
I have been paying for the medication in the interim.
I am bitterly disappointed and utterly disgusted with Discoveries handling of the situation.
