Premium gone up by more than 50%( key care)

I received a email from Discovery in begining of march stating that i am in arrears with my medical aid and that my medical aid was suspended. I then received an email stating that my premium is now R3778 from R1736 which was the new premium from jan 2013.That amount is way over 50% increase. When i called them they advised me that its because i did not send in my verification documentions which i did a number of times. i re-sent it and i have been calling over 7 times and they consultants just say its with key care verification. I have not been able to use my medical aid from march and when i called and spoke to relationship manager Megan Tuvehope she advised me that they are plenty of other clients that are experiencing the same problem as me and she can not give a time line. Are we suppose to pay for the months that we have not been able to use? This is madness, rediculous increase. Discovery is terriable.
