I am paying the medical aid for my folks who are on a keycare core plan for years... recently i was phoned by a consultant to tell me that i need to verify my income else Discovery else they will increase the premium in the next two days if i do not comply... and i was told they sent an email last year some time notifying me of this (felt like a threat, and i was not pleased by this)... i looked for that email which was a small note to me in their usual marketing/campaign emails... now they have increased the premium from R1772 to R2985 pm... i have sent my income details to you (AGAIN), and have filled it out again and can my premeium be adjusted please... this is ridiculous... since when did Discovery play in the extortion space? or give me a contact of someone (not a generic mailbox) that will look at the email i sent
