I don't know that seems to be the problem with getting a new medical aid card. I gave birth to my daughter 2009 and todate we still have not received a medical aid with her details on it. My husband has called numerous times but we still haven't received anything. I was added on his medical in January 2013, guess what... I'm still waiting for a card. It's funny because on my previous membership, I owed Discovery R56 and they sent me letters via fast mail but you are unable to send us updated medical aid cards. I don't know what this says about your company. I called Discovery on the 20th of February and I was advised that they would be posted to my physical address and that would take 4-5weeks. I received an email from Mujeeb Bray to find out if my query was sorted and I advised him it wasn't. I then got a call from Habibah Didat a few days later and she advised me that she would have the cards couriered to my workand that would take about 2-3
Days... I'M STILL WAITING. I've had to Discovery again today and spoke to Grant who seemed very eager to assist but I've lost all hope this company especially when we pay so much for medical aid!!!
