This doesn't give me joy, I've queried the account with Lenmed regarding the money I was paying to lexmed because Lexmed send me a letter saying my medical aid didn't pay for some of the days I stayed in hospital only to find out the was a mistake between lenmed and my medical aid so my account was send to lexmed. I paid some of the money up until I got a chance to go and query the account only to find out I was not suppose to pay the money, the was a miscommunication that affected me to pay the account to Lexmed, I'm still waiting for my refund till today I just hope my mane is not on ITC because of Lexmed I was not at fault. Yesterday I send an email in the morning to Chantelle from Lexmed she did respond during lunch time I called in she was on lunch left a message she didn't respond, send another message in the after noon asking what must I do to get a respond them she respond telling me that she send my account to financial department, I feel she just responded so that I must stop bothering her. We r talking money I don't care how much but I need it. I just wonder how long those is take to get a refund hoping I will get my money back today.
