My booking was made way in advance with an option to check in early due to travel to and fro Jhb, sadly the attitude of the first receptionist left us having to wait in 4 hours upon which I then proceeded to plead with the alternate receptionist to book us in explaining our confirmed special request, the reservationist ensured us the hotel had its own paking but it did not. To sum up the following was disatisfying and what I believe a waste of money;
1. No bath mats but they have ceramic tiles in the entire room should you slip and fall what then?
2. The television was snowy comitments to have it fixed but it never materialised [ no ability to watch a clear picture]
3. A request for towels and condiments took 2 hours
4. Aircon remote wasn't made available and was given after several reminders
5. Breakfast was poor no variety for the price
6. No beach towels made available but they never inform the customer
7. Bathroom sink stopper does not work
8. Staff have a give a dam attitude
Overall a rip off the service never matched the expectations from the price
