My husband and I have booked in at The Garden Court Hotel on Marine Parade on Durban's Beach Front, for a two night stay 01 April 2013 - 02 April 2013.
After having a shower with no shower curtain, as I reached for a towel I noticed that the towels that were in our bathroom were used towels, there were brown dirt and black make up makes on the towels.
As we were going to complain at the reception we met a cleaning lady and advised her about this, which then our towels were changed. We also went out a bought our selves our own towels.
We also stated this at the reception when asked about our stay and all that was said to us was "oh"
After this I am afraid to ever book at these hotels again, as I myself don't know if everything in the room in changed and cleaned when new guests use a room, this includes the bedding, or is it just reset and looks neat.
