My booking was for 3 rooms on Saturday 30th Nov 2013
We arrived at 1530. The first room was not ready, only after receptionist phone house keeping to check it out.
Our preferences was made on the website, specifically for an extra sleeper for our child aged 4. There was no extra bed, they only then rushed in with a cot, but we stopped them for a bed.
Room 2 was not available until 1 hour later. And the 3rd was only available at 1700.

We phoned for an extra towel set, it came a hour later, after 2 more calls to room service and a physical trip to the reception.

We reported a blocked drain and blown light bulb at 1800. On our return, from my wife's birthday party, at 2300, we bumped into the maintenance worker who only then remembered about the ligt, only to tell me that the transformer was broken, it cannot be fixed. 6 hours later...

Lastly, there has been no room-service by housekeeping to do a turn down. Everything was as we left it 6 hours ago. No towels fir the blocked drain and water spillage. No beds turned down or tiding up, the bathroom was a mess.
Unacceptable for a 4 star international hotel, that wants to attract foreign visitors arriving by Gautrain.
