Poor Customer Service

I stayed at Cedar Park hotel on 21 - 22 May. I left the hotel at 5:00 on the 22nd May and handed in my key and tv remote at the security officer at the gate as I was instructed to do. At approximately 9:00 I received a call from your hotel "requesting" me to please return the towel to the hotel which I took - I was really shock about this allegation and explained that there were 2 towels in my bathroom I only used the one and left it in the basin - but the lady was very adamant that I should please return the towel as it is not my right to "take" the towel it belongs to the hotel - again I explained that I did not take the towel and that it is in the basin in the bath room - I eventually got her to agree to double check the room. She phoned me back approximately an half hour later - just to inform me that they found the towel in the basin as stated by me - did not offer any apology what so-ever about the allegations.
