My debit order its normally R1093.00 per month even last month in Feb 2013 and now im being charged R2986.00, they said they have sent e-mail and sms, but i havent received anything and i ask them if i dont respond to the e-mail on their side what do they do they say the is a report tha Ismael form the Income Verification Phone me, but nobody have phoned me, i ask the to play the recording as they normally record their calls, since they said they will get back to me, because you dont just debit on my account without my knowledge and i want the refund for the extra money that was debited
