BAD SERVICE

I was month behind on my account, 8TA then debited my account on the 15/03, NuDebt then tried deducted my account after that twice for an amount of R398.
I then got hold of Nthabiseng, mail below that was sent to her:
As discussed with you on Monday:
o My account was month in arrears
o On the 15/03/2013 NUDEBT debited my account for the arrear amount (which you confirmed that you can see the payment)
o NUDEBT has tried debiting my account twice for the amount of R398.00, and both times the debit orders were returned
o As I said to you I require a letter stating that this was not an error from my side and I want to be refunded for the debit order return amount R150.00 x2

I then sent her proof of the deduction, she then sent a mail to 8TA collections benoni, confirming that the amount has been confirmed and they can allocate.

8TA then doesn't debit my account, why did I send a debit authorisation form, if I wanted to waste time doing a transfer I would have not authorised the debit orders.

Nudebt then tries debtying my account for 2 different amounts in a space of 1 week... no one is getting back to me, I want this contract cancelled.
