Disgusting level of service

I have dealt with a number of different companies in my life but Momentum has got to be the worst of them all. Momentum makes a taxi driver look like a pilot. I disclosed all my conditions from inception of my policy late last year. Momentum accepted me with NO waiting periods. My account was debited accordingly. Come December I needed to be admitted. The policy said they needed 3 days notice for authorization and I did just that, From December 28 till today I'm still awaiting authorization. I stopped all payments till they sort out the authorization. Momentum phoned me every couple of weeks to tell me about the none payment and everytime I tell them that I'm happy to pay them if they authorized or gave me a valid reason to decline. I got NOTHING no authorization no declined no phone call about the authorization. DAY LIGHT IS WHAT IT IS. NO SERVICE NO REFUND I WONDER WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR ALL ALONG. IT CAN'T YOU MONTHS TO AUTHORIZE IT CAN'T TAKE ANOTHER MONTH TO REFUND. Consumers are being BULLIED BY THESE FLY BY NIGHT COMPANIES. Give my MONEY SIMPLE.
