So I telephoned in yesterday to sign up for the Woolworths rewards program. The name of the gentleman who answered escapes me now but I am sure your records will reflect same. Useless. Utterly and totoally useless. He does not know the product and could not answer my questions and when I told him I have a silver credit card he asked me if that meant it was Platinum - likw what the, who the, no no, so I just threw down the phone afterall if he does not know the diffference between silver and Platinum the conversation won't progress. Low and behold the s.e consultant phones me again today saying he will gladly activate my Woolies rewards benefit but I must contact Woolworths direct for all my queries! Again, what the?? He keeps calling me Mrs Hardlee when my surname is not that and I am not married!! There is no hope for thindividual, can someone with basic people skills please phone me
