Death of me by Discovery

This is the worse service I have ever received. I was behind for a month and phoned to let the call centre know we will make payment in Jan 2013. In December 2012 they debited my account with double the amount. I received a sms to say I must pay 1553 which I did got another one to say i must still pay 316 which i did.they said im still behind received email to say im full instated and not behind.i then received a letter to say i must pay 1296 for saving i used and i must pay because i cancelled my medical aid.i did not i only changed the plan to a hosp plan, which dont have savings so how can i use something i dont have.i phoned the call centre twice and vanessa nadoo and kwazi was going to phone me back.they said they did but i never spoke to them.my next step is the medical ombud.nobody can tell me what is going on i have no cover anything can happen.the lady (Renata Pillay) who send me the mail saying i dont own anything cannot take calls or emails. what the is going on please help. i have a small baby and he also have no cove
