End of Jan Resolution Medical Aid debited a lot more than they should i phoned to See what the problem was and they said they required salary advise. Okay so i sent the needed documentation to them and phoned to hear when the money they deducted would be reimbursed? - This was end of January. They told me the needed salary advise of my spouse as well- i told them he is not working so they required a avidavit stating he is not working, send it trough to them but at the end of Feb money was deducted from the account again.
My medical aid debit order is on my employers bank account seeing as the company pay's half of my medical aid. My employer then deducts the money i owe him for the medical aid. Im still waiting for feedback on this matter and we are close to the end of March... I have a feeling they will be deducting the wrong amount again this month but if that is the case further steps will defiantly be taken. Worst off all is i have got a newborn baby to support. Cant afford money to be deducted from my account - i work from a budget!!!
