Discovery Health giving bad service

I recently moved from my fathers medical scheme, which was Discovery Health and subscribe to my own with my son, Discovery Heath too. The scheme was supposed to start deducting in March, but they did not and i was not sent an email or get a call as to why they did not, but i kept the money on the account, until i had other problems and ended up using the money. Then suddenly during April they deducted for both months without warning me that the scheme will be deducting for both Months. I did not budget for the scheme to deduct twice as i have my own problems and like to budget for my money. It was not my problem they did not deduct on the first month (March), now i ended up with a bad bank account record. I am still waiting for my membership card as it has not been sent by the scheme, but debiting on someone's account is not a problem. My money is just going for free, if i would get sick or something, i wont be able to use my medical membership card as i have NOTHING!!! from them yet. It is going to the 3rd Month now and i know they will be deducting again, but still they keep saying they posted my stuff but i have no received anything, its PATHETIC!!!
