I would really like to know what is happening with my son's payment to surgeon & aneathatist as it has been 5 months since his operation, there has been more submitting of documentation from surgeons office & info from my broker but am still to hear when these bills of about R 30 000 all together will be paid as this is a PMB aswell, on top of it i still am getting letters saying i owe R2550 to the medical aid in turn my claim for medication was not paid back to me and dr's visits which were approved we not paid. As well as a non-expensive medication was refuses as not on the chronic list of medication. I would like to know how far this is as to my knowledge the surgeon has an agreement with Discovery, I can not afford these bills as it is stressful to have to worry every day when my son has disabilities, he has Down Syndrome & along with that Hirschprungs Disease (now chronic constipation long term), Vsd. I please need clarification on this as i pay my premiums with out delay & have had no problems with Discovery till this issue, my son was born onto the medical aid & we did not plan his disability and his disease which his first operarion was an emergency in December 2012
