Horrible Service

The lady on duty at reception at around 08h30 on 16/3/2013 wanted to double bill us for breakfast at check out. I told her that it had already been paid for but she would'nt even check the system to very this. I had to hand her my copy of the invoice and receipt to prove to her what she could easily have seen on their system. She didnt even apologise for her mistake. She just handed the invoice and receipt back over and said "... here you go...". Horrible service.
